While completing my bachelor’s degree, I worked in call centres, gaining practical experience in customer engagement, outbound sales, and professional telephone etiquette. My role involved cold-calling for commercial real estate listings and running subscription sales campaigns for SimplyMarry.com (handled by Bcube IT Services for The Times of India Group; the site is now discontinued).
